This topic has been on my mind for the past few months now, but i just needed some solid evidence to really make a post on it, hoping that people would agree with me. Before i start, i do need to point out, i wouldn’t class my self as a blogger, i class my self as a Youtube Film-Maker, my blog is solely to reflect on my life and so others can read about me who enjoy my videos.
So earlier today, i was looking through google, and i came across a blogger. Now their website is purely a blog on their life, the person updates every single day. It’s not that i dont respect bloggers, because i do, but i usually feel that bloggers should usually have interesting, entertaining topics instead of just babbiling on about their dreadful life, becuase nobody wants to read that.
Now, i was reading through the persons blog, and it was typical daily life blogging of a female who lives here in the U.K - Nothing interesting what so ever, just somebody who is so bored and so lonely they have to report everything they have done that day to the world, which is nothing.
Then i read the about section, it seems this person feels whole-fully confident that they can become the next Charles Dickens, in her words, she believes she can successfully write a novel. Now come on? Does this mean everyone who writes blogs has the ability to produce a novel? These people make me grind my teeth. Urgh.
I further went on her page to discover her ‘Photography’ I think i need to state that, because you own a digital camera, and you take photos of your self in black and white, and photos of plants, it doesn’t make you a photographer, and again, this person thinks they are the next best thing to ‘Photography’ - I must state by this point, she had photos of her self, now i wouldn’t say im Brad Pitt, but from my personal opinion i see this girl as sombody who isn’t getting attention from men in the REAL WORLD.
Now, i could forgive all the earlier stuff stated, if it wasn’t for the last part i read. This person has her own section of talking about “Sending Gifts” It seems this Future Novelist and Photographer feels that because she writes her own blog containing daily crap of her life, she is entitled to free stuff from the world. She clearly states how sombody should go about sending her gifts, and she even provides a link to her ‘Amazon Wishlist’ Which after some minor calculations costs over $2000.
Now COME ON! - Your telling me, this person, who writes crap, and believes their the next best thing, is so far up their own ass that they think their enentitled to over $2000 of computers, dvds, music, books and everything else she has listed on their. I think this is the final straw of the internet world. These people who think that they are celebritys and the world owes them something because people read their blogs.
Coming from somebody who has had millions of Youtube views, The world owes you NOTHING, and you deserve NONE of these items from good people. Believe me, i dont deserve anything ether, and i wouldnt expect expensive gifts.
