Some of the internationals may of seen our news reporting the ‘riots’ lately in the media, all this has come because the current coalition government (Mix of the Conservatives and the Lib Dems) have decided to increase tution fees for University from £3290 (Currently what i pay) To upto £9000 a year. Now ofcourse this is redicuolous and how can any student (Including me who is from a very poor background) be expected to pay this? The answer is. WE ARE NOT.

See im approaching this from another angle, im not actually blaming the government, as much as i love to hate the Tories, im blaming the people that voted for the Tories or the Lib Dems. Most of you reading this probably did this, and i know why you did this, because of the fancy little tv adverts for the Tories/Lib Dems, and the resounding talking of a ‘New Britian’ Yes, you were all brainwashed. Before you tick the boxes on admiting you are the ones who caused our country to go into a WW2 like state, ask your self.. What did the Labour party actually do wrong? I guess your going to say that the economic climate was because of the Labour Government and because of Gordon Brown… Well does that mean Barack Obama should be kicked out of office? Because the United States went through the exact same thing… No what you saw was a World Economic downfall, and you jumped on the bandwaggon and voted for the Tories.

So please excuse me while i don’t blame the current government, my reason for this as mentioned above is also supported with the fact that you should of known what the Tories where going to do… Did you honestly expect them to Lower tution fees? Lower the VAT and allow the poorer people in this country to have a chance? Your having a laugh. The Tories do what they do best, allow the working class to get the working class jobs so we can look after the rich.

Another thing on this, i havent mentiond much of the Lib Dems.. It’s funny this subject, because the students are to actually to blame for this one. During the general election i was at college, and all the students where saying how they are voting for the Lib Dems, because the Lib Dems don’t usally get votes, and they want to be different and veto the current Labour Government, but anybody with a brain should of known that voting for the Lib Dems would of allowed the Torie Government in.. What a shame.

Basically what im saying is, blame your selfs if you voted for this. By all means go and protest, but how far does a peaceful protest get you? Not far at all. Before you start slagging off violent protests (By that i mean ones that don’t kill people, because that’s too far) Think about how you would feel if you was David Cameron.. Sat in your nice office with all your money, and a thousand peaceful people are walking down the streets of London.. I would laugh, because your NOT DOING ANYTHING. If you want to be heard, you have to bring it to them, im not supporting any form of violence what so ever, but think about it, they don’t listen, they won’t listen, you might as well protest in your living room.

The country is in ruins, and the only way you can redeem your self is by voting Labour in the next election.
